YMCA of the Rockies – Women's Fitness
Camp
Cynthia teaching Tai Chi at the annual YMCA Women's Fitness Camp,
Snow Mountain Ranch, Granby, Colorado. The class is doing the
White Crane movement from Chi Gong practice, traditional Chinese
energizing warm-up exercises.
