A Beginners Outdoor Tai Chi Workshop
...Sitting there you will have a glimpse of beauty
inside the body and out of it,
before gardens and after gardens.
~Poems of Kabir translated by Robert Bly~
You are invited to be a part of a beginners' Tai Chi workshop that focuses on learning the basics of this beautiful and healthful practice. Tai Chi is a vehicle to bring you back to your inner garden, a place of peace and calm. We will explore metaphors and images throughout our Tai Chi form practice, guiding us home to ourselves.
