You are invited to be a part of a beginners' Tai Chi workshop that focuses on learning the basics of this beautiful and healthful practice. Tai Chi is a vehicle to bring you back to your inner garden, a place of peace and calm. We will explore metaphors and images throughout our Tai Chi form practice, guiding us home to ourselves.
