World Tai Chi Day 2016:

One Breath, One World

Holding the Earth in Balance with a Tai Chi Wave around the World

With Special Live Chinese Music
by Brian Mullins on Erhu

You are invited to be a part of this international event that is aimed at bringing about greater awareness of this beautiful and healthful practice. On Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 10am, this international event will start in New Zealand, continuing around the world as one continuous wave of human movement focused on healing the planet as we heal ourselves. We will use the image of the globe held in the palm of our hands (like the Tai Chi ball) to bring balance within and without. With the breath we will bring wholeness and return to the stillness within.

Chi Gong, Tai Chi, Asian Philosophy and Brush Calligraphy, Mindfulness Meditation, and Kung Fu Tea with Moshi.

• Meditation on One World, One Breath with Tai Chi Ball
• Chi Gong, Five Element Form, First and Second Circles
• Exploration of Chinese philosophy and calligraphy
• Chinese Tea with Moshi

Date:April 23, 2016 Saturday, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
