Annual Women's Fitness Camp – 1984 – Present
Tai Chi Instructor and Reiki / Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner
Women from all over the United States of all ability levels come to this annual fitness camp for fitness and relaxation. Cynthia teaches twice-daily Tai Chi Classes of 30-35 students, as well as providing Reiki and Jin Shin Jyutsu healing sessions for participants.
