Hello Tai Chi Friends,
I hope that this letter finds you well, and enjoying the beautiful weather. Summer is a busy time of activity, so it's important to take the time for your contemplative practices like Tai Chi and Jin Shin Jyutsu, to help find your still center in the midst of activities.
Enclosed is the Summer Schedule of Tai Chi classes and Jin Shin Jyutsu office hours.
It's been an exciting Spring season for me. I had the opportunity to present Tai Chi and Jin Shin Jyutsu to several corporate groups. The response was fantastic. People were excited to have experienced the Asian practice of Tai Chi, and to feel the chi energy bringing healing to them for the first time. I received emails from several people across the country sharing their enthusiasm for their new practice.
I also worked with a group of seniors, many of whom have arthritis in their hands, and who experienced tremendous relief in their pain by practicing the Jin Shin Jyutsu technique of holding each finger in order to stimulate the healing energy flowing through each of the twelve organ meridians.
People of all ages can experience the benefits of Tai Chi and Jin Shin Jyutsu in their lives. So I hope that you will come for a class or a private session, to receive some of these benefits for yourselves.
My office hours continue to be Wednesdays, 11am-5pm in Cherry Creek, and all other days in Boulder, by appointment.
My new summer class offerings are as follows:
There will be a New Beginners' class in Boulder, starting June 30, on Mondays from 6:15-7:15pm at Crossroads Gardens. This class will be focusing on the Five Elements and First Circle.
I am exploring what interest there might be in a Half-Day Tai Chi Intensive Workshop on Saturday or Sunday this summer.
Please call or email me if you are interested in this event in a Boulder park this summer.
Keep dancing your Tai Chi!
Blessings,

“One of the many wonderful things about Tai Chi is that it can be practiced anywhere and at anytime. The slow, relaxed movements allow a feeling of harmonizing with the surrounding environment. The swiftness of a rising river, the intensity of a city park, the familiarity of my backyard all affect and help my Tai Chi practice become more than exercise.”
